1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tttph ("tttph", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the tttph online casino and sports betting platform accessible at tttph.bet and any related mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

tttph operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and responsible online gaming environment for players across the Philippines — including Metro Manila, Cebu City, Davao, Quezon City, Cagayan de Oro, and all other regions of the country.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the tttph Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the tttph Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's tttph Account, including real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback awards, or any other non-cash incentive credited to an Account under a tttph promotion.
• "GCash" and "Maya" refer to the Philippine e-wallet services operated by GCash (Mynt — Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc.) and Paymaya Philippines, Inc. respectively.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the tttph website, mobile web application, and all games, betting markets, and services accessible through them.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player using GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or any other accepted payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.

3 Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, to be eligible to use tttph you must:

• Be a natural person legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• Be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law at the time of play.
• Not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any such individual employed by tttph or its affiliated companies.
• Not be listed on any PAGCOR self-exclusion register or any other exclusion list maintained by tttph or its partners.
• Not have had a previous tttph account closed for breach of these Terms.

tttph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within 72 hours of a request may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, account closure.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money games and betting markets on tttph, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and a valid contact number and email address.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one tttph Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms. tttph employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tttph login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. tttph strongly recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication on your Account. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified tttph of unauthorised access through our support channels.

4.4 Account Currency

All tttph Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no facility to hold balances in foreign currencies. This ensures that all transactions — deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are processed in PHP, without any currency conversion fees for Filipino players.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tttph accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

• GCash (instant, minimum ₱100)
• Maya / PayMaya (instant, minimum ₱100)
• BPI Online Transfer
• BDO Online Transfer
• Metrobank Online Transfer

5.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your tttph Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take between 30 minutes and 2 banking hours to reflect depending on your bank's processing schedule. tttph does not charge fees on deposits, however your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit on tttph is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your verification level and the payment method used. tttph reserves the right to set individual deposit limits in line with PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements or where unusual account activity is detected.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals from tttph are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 banking days depending on the receiving institution.

6.2 Verification Requirements

Before processing your first withdrawal, tttph is required by PAGCOR anti-money laundering regulations to verify your identity. You will be required to submit a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, or UMID), proof of address dated within the last 90 days, and confirmation of your payment method ownership.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount on tttph is ₱500 per transaction. Balances below this threshold may be retained in your Account until they reach the minimum withdrawal amount or used for continued play.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Real Money Funds that have not been used to generate bonus play are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification requirements.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

tttph offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated validity period. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings upon expiry.
• Bonus funds are used before Real Money Funds when wagering, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• tttph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel a promotion at any time with reasonable prior notice where practicable.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or multi-account activity will be voided without compensation.

8 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the tttph Platform — including slots, live casino tables, bingo rooms, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

tttph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live game outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure statistical fairness. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the same regulatory oversight as physical casino operations under PAGCOR.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within each game's information panel. Sports betting odds are set by tttph's trading team in line with competitive Philippine market standards. tttph does not manipulate odds or game outcomes under any circumstances.

In the event of a technical fault, game malfunction, or disconnection during a game round, tttph's technical team will review the relevant game logs. Where a fault voids a game round, any stake placed for that round will be refunded to the Player's Account. Decisions made by tttph following technical review are final.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tttph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering using false, stolen, or another person's identity or payment credentials.
• Operating more than one tttph Account simultaneously or consecutively.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit progressive jackpot mechanics.
• Using the tttph Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) of the Philippines.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or unintended game behaviour to generate winnings beyond what legitimate play would produce.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the Platform's servers, network infrastructure, or other users' experience.
• Attempting to circumvent any geographic restriction, age verification, or identity verification requirement imposed by tttph or PAGCOR.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the tttph Platform — including but not limited to the tttph brand name, logo, domain name, website design, game graphics, software, text, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of tttph or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any portion of the Platform without prior written consent from tttph.

Game titles, graphics, and associated intellectual property provided by third-party game studios remain the property of those studios and are used by tttph under valid commercial licensing agreements.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

tttph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By registering for a tttph Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tttph will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third parties is limited to: payment processors (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) for transaction processing; identity verification partners for KYC compliance; and PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities where legally required.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by tttph, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Such requests should be submitted to our support team at the email address listed in the Contact section of these Terms.

12 Responsible Gaming

tttph is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your Account dashboard. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in or deposit.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your tttph Account and opt out of all marketing communications. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and is not reversible for a minimum of 12 months.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tttph's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tttph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from a failure of your internet connection, device, or third-party software during a game session.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages regardless of how they arise.
• Delays or failures in payment processing attributable to GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or any other third-party payment provider.
• Any losses arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits tttph's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

14 Termination & Suspension

tttph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• We reasonably believe a breach of these Terms has occurred.
• We are required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or any other competent Philippine authority.
• We detect activity consistent with fraud, money laundering, or identity theft.
• The Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.

You may close your tttph Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5–10 business days. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure unless fully vested through wagering requirements.

Accounts suspended for breach of these Terms will have all balances frozen pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited entirely at tttph's discretion in line with PAGCOR guidelines.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the tttph Platform are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the PAGCOR Charter (Presidential Decree No. 1869, as amended) and all applicable gaming regulations issued thereunder.

In the event of any dispute between you and tttph arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct negotiation via tttph's customer support channels. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, which both parties agree to participate in in good faith.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where necessary to protect their legal rights pending resolution of a dispute.

16 Amendments to These Terms

tttph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tttph will notify registered players by email and via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR regulation or applicable law.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

The version of these Terms currently published at tttph.bet/terms-conditions is the version in force. Prior versions are archived and available on request from tttph's support team.
