Privacy Policy
tttph is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can exercise your rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
How tttph Protects Your Privacy
Six core commitments that govern how we handle your personal information on the tttph platform.
Data Privacy Act Compliance
tttph fully complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Your personal information is processed lawfully, fairly, and with your informed consent. We are registered with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) as a Personal Information Controller.
SSL Encryption & Secure Storage
All data transmitted between your device and tttph servers is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Personal data at rest is stored in encrypted, access-controlled environments hosted in certified data centres compliant with ISO 27001 standards.
Minimal Data Collection
tttph only collects the personal data that is strictly necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. We do not collect sensitive personal data beyond what PAGCOR KYC requirements mandate.
No Sale of Personal Data
tttph will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Data shared with partners is limited strictly to what is required for payment processing, identity verification, and PAGCOR regulatory reporting.
Your Rights Under RA 10173
As a tttph player, you hold clear rights under Philippine law: the right to be informed, to access your data, to correct inaccuracies, to object to processing, to erasure where lawful, and to data portability. Submit any rights request to our support team at any time.
Marketing Opt-Out
tttph sends promotional emails and SMS only to players who have opted in to marketing communications during registration. You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time via your Account settings or by contacting our support team — with effect within 5 business days.
1 Introduction
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how tttph ("tttph", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects the personal information of individuals ("you", "Player", "User") who access or use the tttph online casino and sports betting platform at tttph.bet and any related mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").
tttph operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is committed to upholding the highest standards of data privacy for Filipino players across Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, and all other regions of the Philippines. We treat your personal data with the same seriousness with which we treat your financial security on the Platform.
This Policy is issued in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and all relevant issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. By registering for a tttph Account, depositing funds, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described herein.
2 Who We Are

Where tttph engages third-party service providers — such as payment processors, identity verification partners, or cloud infrastructure providers — those parties act as Personal Information Processors (PIPs) under instructions from tttph and are bound by data processing agreements that impose obligations equivalent to those under RA 10173.

- Encryption at rest: Sensitive personal data stored in tttph databases — including government ID numbers and financial account identifiers — is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
- Access controls: Access to personal data within tttph's systems is granted on a strict need-to-know basis. All staff with access to personal data undergo background checks and mandatory data privacy training.
- Two-factor authentication: tttph offers SMS-based two-factor authentication for player accounts and enforces multi-factor authentication for all internal staff accessing production systems.
- Penetration testing and security audits: tttph conducts regular third-party penetration testing and internal security audits to identify and remediate vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.
- Incident response: tttph maintains a documented data breach response plan. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk of harm to affected individuals, we will notify the NPC within 72 hours and affected players as promptly as practicable, in compliance with NPC Circular 16-03.
While tttph employs industry-standard security measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your tttph login credentials confidential and for notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
11 Your Data Privacy Rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data held by tttph:
- Right to be Informed: You have the right to know how tttph collects, uses, and shares your personal data — which is the purpose of this Privacy Policy.
- Right to Access: You may request a copy of the personal data tttph holds about you, together with information about how it is being processed.

- Right to Lodge a Complaint: If you believe tttph has violated your data privacy rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.
To exercise any of the above rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer as described in Section 16. We will respond to all valid rights requests within 15 business days. 12 Children's Privacy & Under-21 Protection
tttph is strictly prohibited from persons under 21 years of age. This is a mandatory PAGCOR requirement. tttph does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If tttph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the associated Account, delete the personal data collected, and report the incident to PAGCOR as required under our operating licence conditions. Any funds deposited by an under-21 individual will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR's underage gambling procedures.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered on tttph without your knowledge, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately at the details provided in Section 16. We will investigate and act on all such reports as a priority matter.
13 Cross-Border Data Transfers
tttph primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. In certain circumstances, personal data may be transferred to, or accessed from, servers or personnel located outside the Philippines — for example, where tttph engages cloud infrastructure providers or game content studios that operate internationally.
Where such cross-border transfers occur, tttph ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data to a standard at least equivalent to that required by RA 10173. These safeguards may include:
- Contractual clauses in data processing agreements that impose RA 10173-equivalent obligations on the recipient party;
- Transferring data only to jurisdictions that the NPC has determined provide an adequate level of data protection; or
- Obtaining your explicit consent to the specific cross-border transfer where required by NPC regulations.
You may request details of the specific safeguards applicable to any cross-border transfer of your personal data by contacting our Data Protection Officer.
14 Third-Party Links & Integrations
The tttph Platform integrates with certain third-party services — including GCash and Maya payment gateways — which have their own independently operated websites and privacy policies. When you interact with those third-party services, your personal data is subject to their respective privacy policies, over which tttph has no control.
tttph is not responsible for the data privacy practices of any third-party service. We recommend that you review the privacy policies of GCash (Mynt), Maya (Paymaya Philippines), and any other third-party service you use in connection with your tttph Account before providing them with your personal information.
15 Amendments to This Policy
tttph reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine laws and NPC regulations, PAGCOR licensing requirements, or our Platform's features and functionality.
When we make material changes to this Policy, we will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 15 days before the amended Policy takes effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the tttph Platform after the effective date of any amended Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any material changes, you should cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
We encourage all tttph players to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your personal data. The current version is always available at tttph.bet/privacy-policy.
16 Contact Us & Data Protection Officer
tttph has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and this Privacy Policy. If you have any questions, concerns, or requests relating to your personal data or this Policy, please contact our DPO through the following channels:
